What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged based on availability — please contact us in advance.
Is the swimming pool included for all guests?
Yes! The private swimming pool is exclusively available for all our guests at no additional charge. The pool is open from 6 AM to 9 PM daily, and a caretaker is always present for safety.
Do you serve food at the homestay?
Yes, we offer authentic homemade Chettinad cuisine on request — breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please inform us at least 2 hours in advance for meal arrangements. Local restaurants are also available within 5–10 km.
Can we book the villa for events, parties, or functions?
Absolutely! Our DJ party room and outdoor areas are ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, and corporate events. Please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your event requirements and get a customised quote.
Is Palm Tree Villa child-friendly?
Yes, we are very family and child-friendly! We have spacious rooms, a children's play area, a safe wading section in the pool, and our caretakers are always available for assistance.

The famous Pillayarpatti Karpaga Vinayagar Temple is approximately 2 km from our villa — just a 5-minute drive. Many pilgrims choose to stay with us for convenient morning and evening darshan visits.
